　　YZDZE系列為起重機起吊電動機

　　YZDZE系列起重機起吊用變極制動三相異步電動機，本系列電動機具有結構緊湊，體積小，重量輕，控制方便，安裝調整方便等優點，YZDZE系列電動機適用于驅動各種類型起重機械及其他類似設備的運行機構。

　　YZDZE系列電動機由三相異步電動機附加交流制動器組合而成，交流制動器無整流二極管，由三相380V電源直接供電，具有運行可靠，使用壽命長，制動速度快，定位準確以及制動力矩大等優點。

　　該系列變頻電機中自主研發交流制動器經推向市場獲得廣泛好評。

　　本系列變頻電機可制成直聯式結構，安裝型式和尺寸參見直聯式安裝表。

　　本系列變頻電機可以按用戶提供的圖紙設計并制造。

YZDZE Series 3-Phase Pole Changing Asynchronous Hoisting Motor for Crane Applications has identical features and functions to YZDYE Series 3-Phase Pole Changing Asynchronous Running Motor for Crane Applications. It has the advantages of being of compact construction, light weight, simple to control and easy to install. It is suitable for driving various types of crane machines and similar equipment. In comparison with other series motors, this motor is capable to change the number of poles for participating in the work when required. It comprises of a three phase asynchronous motor and an AC brake. The brake is powered directly from a three phase power supply without rectified diodes, possessing the advantages of reliable operation, long service life, quick response braking, precise positioning and the capability of adjustable braking torque (from zero to any desired value). The AC brake is an approved patent from the National Patent Bureau. The approval patent number is: 97206492.3.

YZDZE Series 3-Phase Pole Changing Asynchronous Hoisting Motor for Crane Applications differs from YZDYE Series 3-Phase Pole Changing Asynchronous Running Motor for Crane Applications. It is the hoisting motor which is for the purpose of vertical/lifting movements.

The motor has been awarded an approved patent from the National Patent Bureau with number of ZL 200820057339.5.

Above series motor is available in the direct connection between the motor and the gearbox. Please refer to tables below for details.

The motor can be customized designed and produced to meet your request.
